Vision
For us the internet is all about communication and our aim is
always to produce websites that impart information and client
image in the most appropriate and user friendly way.
Effective consultation will help to define our
clients needs and expectations, the image they wish to present
and the audience they hope to reach.
Good original design and skillful production will
reflect well on both our clients and ourselves.
Ongoing support, advice, updates and/or site management
are always available and continue the productive relationship
we have with our customers.
But why the odd name?
alienlovechild.co.uk was founded in 1999 by Richard Norman, an
artist and designer with a background in the music industry. He
believes that the relationship between client and web designer
is a symbiotic one (from which both parties gain mutual benefit)
and he felt that the name alienlovechild was a good way to describe
the product of this process! However, We think the name actually
comes from Richard's mis-spent youth when as a would be rock star
in a band by the name of 'Duane Zenith's Ambulance' he wrote a
tongue in cheek song about alien abduction (not his own I hasten
to add) called alien lovechild. Whatever it's origins we are now
sentimentally attached to it and all discussions about a name
change (not everybody likes it for some reason) lead to naught.
For good or bad it looks like we are stuck with it. |
